EV Group Sets Eye on Growth with New Vice President of Operations and Business Development

Holland, Mich. — EV Group, a leading supplier of construction personnel, supplemental staffing and professional services, is continuing to grow with the promotion of Dan Rogers to vice president of operations and business development. The new position is a strategic move to continue growth in the existing food and beverage industry with Rogers leading a three year plan to expand into the pharma, tech/IT, and biotech industries.
Rogers, previously the director of business development at EV Group, brings more than 20 years of progressive management experience providing sound strategic vision across marketing, sales, business development and all business management disciplines. Through his past experience, he will focus on the further development of the EV Group team and processes, in preparation for future growth.

In addition to the promotion of Dan, EV Group also announced the addition of Jim Badaluco and Tricia Elkey to the team. Jim brings over 15 years of professional sales experience to his new positon as the director of business development and Tricia will support the organizations growth as an administrator in the company’s Holland office.
