Boys and Girls Club of Greater Holland - Teen Center

Using common materials in creative ways, the former church space was converted into a new teen center featuring a state-of-the-art stage, snack bar, game room, computer lab, study room, breakout areas, fitness room and movie area. Through extensive value management that progressed throughout the entire project, this project was constructed under budget with all savings going toward the operating expenses of The Club.
