Holland Hospital - Surgical Department

This 20,000-SF renovation completely rebuilt the prep/hold and PACU areas, as well as the waiting room, office spaces and a satellite pharmacy. The 12,000-SF addition included three state-of-the-art operating rooms, clean storage, a new on-call suite and an expanded mechanical penthouse. The project was completed in five separate phases to ensure the surgical capacity of the hospital was not reduced.
