Mercy Health Partners Grand Rapids (Formerly Advantage Health)

This project was a unique blend of new construction and office renovation. An addition of 52,000-SF comprised of steel and masonry were added to house new exam rooms and hospitality areas. In the existing part of the building, remodeling allowed for the construction of suites for a dermatology office and weight loss clinic.
