Waterford Place - Phase 2

Located approximately five miles west of Grand Rapids, Phase II of this Sunset Senior Living Communities project provided 40 new independent living apartments and 24 skilled nursing rooms. This phase also included multimedia rooms, a pool, spa and full-service café.
