Holland Home – The Averden

Situated on an 18-acre wooded site, The Averden campus will include 136 residential units—ranging from villas and flats to loft-style apartments—along with assisted living options. Designed to promote wellness, connection, and active lifestyles, The Averden will feature a restaurant and pub, wellness and recreation center, pool, indoor pickleball courts, fitness studios, bocce ball courts, a theater, an art studio, and more. Construction is expected to begin in 2027.
