The Spanish Fork Biomat Plasma Services project was a tenant improvement to an existing building. The project started with the demolition of all interior, non-structural members. New construction of a 3,000-SF addition to the front of the existing building followed; including a new storefront and facade. Electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems were updated throughout the building, new finishes helped to brighten and enhance the space.
