We renovated a portion of Holland Hospital originally constructed in 1957 into a new Endoscopy Unit with four procedure rooms. This area of the hospital had some of the most challenging “deck heights” with the main cast-in-place beams set at only 8’8”. The completed unit featured new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, as well as a high level of quality architectural finishes.
