This project included the renovation of the Clark at Franklin facility to accommodate 22 new independent living apartments and expanded skilled nursing services. These spaces were renovated while residents remained in the building, requiring careful planning and team communication. Additional scope included the construction of 12 new garage and 18 carport spaces and a new entry and exit on the north side of the building.
