McGaw YMCA Camp Echo

EV made exterior improvements to the dining hall and decks at Camp Echo. These improvements included a new 3,360-SF outdoor dining deck with a roof and seating for over 200 people. Other various modifications were made to the existing decks. Camp Echo has been in continuous operation since its founding in 1924. This project was completed in time to serve the camp for its 100th summer camping season.

Camp Echo was founded in 1924, making it over 100 years old at its current location on a scenic peninsula at the south end of Ryerson Long Lake in Michigan.
What began with about 110 campers in 1924 has grown to welcoming more than 1,500 campers each year!
