The project consists of 57 new independent living units, 39 new skilled nursing units, and 108 new assisted living units. All three living accommodations tie together with the centralized Town Center. The Town Center is where residents can find many of the amenities this new community will provide, such as a salon, café and dining, theater, wellness, learning center, and more.
