At EV Construction, we believe that strong communities are built not only through the spaces we create, but through the relationships we invest in and the causes we support. That’s why we are proud to continue our long-standing partnership with Holland Hospital’s annual Culinary Cabaret. This event brings people together for an evening of great food, meaningful connections, and lasting impact.
This year’s Culinary Cabaret was another incredible success—and a record-breaking one at that—raising more than $292,000 to benefit the Holland Community Health Center. These funds will directly support access to quality, affordable healthcare for individuals and families throughout the community.
The Holland Community Health Center has been serving the greater Holland and Lakeshore community since 1995, providing primary care to uninsured and under-insured individuals and families. Built on the belief that high-quality healthcare is a right—not a privilege—the Health Center delivers comprehensive, accessible care regardless of language, cultural barriers, or ability to pay. Today, it serves more than 4,700 patients annually and provides over 16,000 visits each year, playing a vital role in the health and well-being of the community. In 2022, Holland Hospital assumed full operational responsibility for the Health Center, further strengthening its ability to serve those who need it most.

For nearly two decades, we’ve had the privilege of watching the Culinary Cabaret grow into a signature community event that reflects the generosity, compassion, and collaboration that make this region so special.
Events like this are a powerful reminder of what can be accomplished when organizations, businesses, and community members come together around a shared purpose. We are grateful to Holland Hospital for their leadership, to the event organizers and volunteers who make it all possible, and to everyone who contributed to this year’s success.
