Site preparations for, and installation of a gas conditioning system to turn waste from Grand Rapids’ Water Resource Recovery Facility into usable gas to be used and sold. Scope includes underground piers, sitework and concrete equipment pads. New owner furnished gas conditioning equipment will be installed along with associated piping and wiring.
