Senior Living Organization Expands Footprint with 52 Luxury Apartments

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Oct. 12, 2021) — Clark Retirement, a senior living community with two locations in the Grand Rapids area, celebrates the grand opening of the $40-million expansion at its Keller Lake campus. The development, which includes 52 spacious 1- and 2-bedroom luxury apartments, creates new and unique living environments that foster energetic retirement communities, while meeting the growing demand for independent senior living in Grand Rapids.

“It’s more important than ever that senior living communities provide environments that are flexible to the needs of a growing and active generation,” said Brian Pangle, Clark CEO. “We embarked on this expansion project because we knew investing in an environment that caters to an active lifestyle was the right thing to do to provide our residents with a living experience unlike anything else in the Greater Grand Rapids area.”

In addition to the spacious apartments, residents also have access to a peaceful lakefront, walking paths, a fully equipped wellness center, a piazza for gathering with friends, two restaurants, and bistro– all within the community.
