Construction at the Clark at Keller Lake campus included the development of an entirely new community, built around a town square model with open areas, walking paths, a restaurant, bistro, piazza and other amenities. It also called for 52 new independent living apartments and included the construction of two additional large, multi-story independent living buildings, the addition of common space and amenities throughout the site and major site development work.
