This project included the renovation of an existing 16,000-SF office space, construction of a 12,000-SF production space and construction of a 3,500-SF lab space. Several custom features we provided were the reception desk carpentry, fish tank cabinet carpentry and drywall art incorporating LED lights provided by the client. The challenges presented on this project were a short design phase and a condensed construction schedule because the owner sold their current headquarters and had a definitive date to be out of their existing facility.
