The Next Center nears completion in Downtown Holland
HOLLAND — As the transformation and expansion of downtown Holland spreads north, Lakeshore Advantage’s Next Center now stands prominently at the corner of Seventh Street and College Avenue.
After breaking ground on the new downtown landmark on Aug. 31, 2023, crews have been hard at work building the 20,000-square-foot, three-story office building meant for entrepreneurship and innovation.
The Sentinel got a first look at the building this week, as Lakeshore Advantage’s Grace Maiullo showcased the space that will serve as a business incubator and the new home of the economic development organization.
