Corewell Health Care Center – Holland Integrated Care Campus

This two-story medical office building for Corewell Health allowed the medical group to consolidate doctors and staff from five different office locations in the Holland area into a single service center. The building features access flooring on the first and second floors. Challenges addressed during this project were a tight schedule and small budget, as well as contaminated soil.
