Our team renovated 110,000-SF of existing office space to create a new corporate office from GHSP and their parent company, JSJ. New flooring, fresh paint and upgraded entrances were added to create a unique space for GHSP. We also revised plumbing, electrical and upgraded low voltage systems to meet the needs of the client. Our teams self-performed demolition, interiors, painting and carpentry throughout the duration of the project.
