This construction project included a 33,500-SF renovation of the former Yanfeng electronics testing lab. GHSP consolidated their testing and validation lab into this one central location. This project also includes the construction of conference rooms and staff areas and updating the plumbing and mechanical systems to support new and existing testing equipment. New electrical service, associated gear and piping were also added to fulfill the new tenants’ needs.
