The new senior living development will consist of 80 independent living apartments, 24 assisted living units, and 24 cottage units (6 standalone homes and 18 duplexes), a commons building and all the associated infrastructure. Along with providing the residents a beautiful new home and the comfort to age in place, the development offers many amenities for all to enjoy highlighted by underground parking, state-of-the-art dining facilities (indoor and outdoor), wellness programs, walking paths, and so much more. Overall the site consists of over 20 acres, all of which will be developed over the life of the community in subsequential phases.
