Completion of this phase wrapped up more than a decade of work for the joint venture and Sunset Senior Communities, developing over 370,000-SF of space at Waterford Place. The community now has over 160 independent living homes, 24 assisted living homes, 40 memory care homes, unique dining venues, a chapel, pool and spa, woodworking shop and library.
