Waterford Place - The Glens South

The Glens South, phase three of a major expansion plan at Waterford Place was constructed by a joint venture between EV Construction and The Christman Company. The project consisted of a new, four-story building with 62 independent living apartments and main floor amenities including a bistro, lounge, market, chapel and fitness center.  A new level of parking was also constructed over an existing parking garage.  

Completion of this phase wrapped up more than a decade of work for the joint venture and Sunset Senior Communities,  developing over 370,000-SF of space at Waterford Place. The community now has over 160 independent living homes, 24 assisted living homes, 40 memory care homes, unique dining venues, a chapel, pool and spa, woodworking shop and library.
