Waterford Place – PHASE THREE

The Glens South, phase three of a major expansion plan at Waterford Place, was constructed by a joint venture between EV Construction and The Christman Company. The project consisted of a new, four-story building with 62 independent living apartments and main floor amenities including a bistro, lounge, market, chapel and fitness center. A new level of parking was also constructed over an existing parking garage.
