EV Construction provided Construction Management Services as well as self-performed trades including general trades and painting. The new 11,600-SF Elite Field Service location is a new pre-engineered metal building with approximately 9,000-SF of shop and 3,000-SF of office with a 3,000-SF mezzanine for future office expansion. The shop features a five-ton rail crane with six overhead doors for service bays to maintain heavy construction equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, etc.
