On Tuesday, August 12, Corewell Health officially broke ground on the expansion of its Lakewood Boulevard campus in Holland, Michigan. EV Construction is honored to serve as the construction manager for this exciting project.
This project marks a special milestone in our long-standing partnership with Corewell Health. In 2012, our team completed the original medical office building on this site. Now, over a decade later, we are returning to help Corewell grow and enhance its services for the Holland community.
The expansion will include a 40,000-square-foot, two-story addition and significant renovations to the existing 60,000-square-foot facility. The updated space will give Corewell Health the ability to introduce new services, reconfigure existing areas for improved efficiency, and refresh interiors to better serve patients and staff.
During the groundbreaking ceremony, leaders from Corewell Health and members of our EV Construction team gathered to celebrate the project’s launch. The addition and renovations represent more than just bricks and mortar — they’re an investment in the health and well-being of the community.
We’re proud to once again partner with Corewell Health to bring their vision to life, creating a modern, patient-centered facility that will support expanded care options in Holland for years to come. Construction is now underway, and we look forward to sharing progress updates as the project moves forward.
