At 52,000-SF, the two-story hospital includes a full service 14-bed emergency department, imaging suite, lab, phlebotomy suit, 8-bed med-surge, retail pharmacy, kitchen, admin suite, waiting areas and a full outpatient general practices department on the second floor. Key trade partners were pre-selected and brought on board during the pre-construction process to help maintain schedule, budget and offer assistance with design.
Our team self-performed steel, carpentry, firestopping and interiors. The project started during the late summer of 2019 and finished in the spring of 2021.
