In conjunction with the architect and owner, we developed a pre-engineered metal building structure in combination with a 10,000-SF mezzanine, four truck docks and two expandable walls for future growth; allowing a high level of flexibility for the owner’s utilization of warehouse space, offices, demonstration and client areas.
