Moorings Park – Social Room & Lobbies

This project for Moorings Park in Naples, Florida consisted of two primary areas of work: four residential lobbies and one Social Room. The lobbies serve as the main entry points to the senior living condominium buildings, while the Social Room is an approximately 1,500-SF shared space designed for resident gatherings and special events. The scope of work included repainting all walls, ceilings, and trim, along with the installation of new lighting throughout each area. The Social Room also features two custom-crafted accent walls designed to create a paneled appearance through detailed finish trim work.
