Munson Healthcare – Manistee Community Health Center
This $14 million project in Manistee, Michigan, for Munson Health included construction of a new two-story, 45,000-SF medical office building that includes outpatient services, orthopedics, urology, neurology, general surgery, cardiac rehabilitation, physical therapy and occupational rehabilitation. Within this facility, we also added several conference rooms and a new corporate boardroom. To serve the Manistee community, a new gym, aerobics room and weight room were also included. In addition to constructing the new medical office building, upgrades were made to the campus’ parking and wayfinding.
