Site-Development
Site work encompassed the creation of 170 parking spaces, exterior lighting, landscaping, two enclosed activity yards, visual screening, and miscellaneous paving. The project involved digging footings and piers for a 53,900-SF building foundation and loading docks, along with the installation of 2,193 feet of underground piping. All site development was executed to meet high safety and quality standards, ensuring a functional and aesthetically pleasing facility.
Self-Performed Trades
Our in-house Firestop team successfully executed Firestopping for the Behavioral Hospital project. The Firestopping scope included the complete installation of UL-approved firestop systems, with professional labeling and documentation of all UL systems and engineered judgments used onsite. Our team ensured penetrations by other trade contractors were prepped with adequate annular space to meet UL system requirements. All fire-resistance-rated barriers were constructed in compliance with state-adopted codes and the provided construction documents.
EV’s in-house General Trades team successfully installed 440 doors and door frames, intricate door hardware, wall protection, casework, countertops, and grab bars with precision and efficiency. The team’s dedication and high-quality craftsmanship were evident throughout their time onsite, contributing significantly to the project’s overall success. Quality was paramount to our General Trades team.
Finishing Touches
These final installations enhanced the building’s aesthetics and usability, creating a safe and welcoming environment for staff and patients. The meticulous attention to detail in these finishing touches reflects our commitment to delivering a high-quality, fully realized project.
