40-unit apartment building planned on surface parking lot in downtown Muskegon CrainsGrandRapids.com

A Grand Rapids developer is working to build a $12.9 million, mixed-use building on a surface parking lot in downtown Muskegon, under a post-industrial housing model he looks to pursue throughout the region.

Revilo Two GRR LLC, which is affiliated with Grand Rapids-based The Development Studio, is behind the five-story, 40-unit apartment building. The project at 118 W. Clay Avenue would also have 570 square feet of first-floor commercial space.

Grand Rapids-based Integrated Architecture is designing the project, and Holland-based EV Construction will serve as the general contractor.
