Tommy’s Express Corporate Headquarters

We worked with VisionQuest, the parent company for Tommy Car Wash Systems, Tommy’s Express, and Quality Car Wash, to construct a new headquarters, warehouse and operations facility. The project combined operations from multiple current locations into 75,000-SF of office and approximately 200,000-SF of warehouse space. The site is located at Waverly and M-40 in Holland.

Site Development

The Tommy’s HQ features a load bearing precast concrete wall system that is both efficient and durable. The walls of the building were erected in just a few short weeks allowing the building to be enclosed quickly.

Self-Performed Trades

EV’s self-performing trades executed all of the interior finishes for this project, as well as the exterior painting of the building. The quality of our trade work reinforces the Tommy’s brand and its leadership in the car wash market.

Finishing Touches

The project features many details that nod to the Tommy’s Express brand, including arches, red accents and cafeteria booths that feel as if you are dining in one of the Tommy’s signature tunnels.
