Quality Car Wash Opens Express Cleaning in Holland, Michigan

Quality Car Wash’s first express interior service is open in Holland Township.

Dan Ebels, marketing director for Quality Car Wash, said planning for the new site at 187 N. River Ave. has been in the works for the past four years. The idea stemmed from their customers’ love for interior cleaning at the company’s former site on Eighth Street.

“In addition, our Tommy’s Express franchise needed an interior offering to sell around the country,” Ebels wrote in an email. “We found the best place to try it and are thrilled with how it turned out.”

Ebels said the company has so far received positive feedback. Customers first go through the exterior wash and, from there, pull into the interior tunnels to be loaded onto another belt.

Customers then grab their belongings and sit in a waiting area, equipped with hot coffee and fruit-infused water. In the warmer months, there will be outdoor seating available.

“Vehicles are placed on what we call our production belt and the car is moving on that belt throughout the entire cleaning process,” Ebels said. “Through the process we clean the floor mats, vacuum the interior, clean the windshield and all windows, wipe the dash, console, cupholders, and door jambs.”

After a final inspection, the vehicle is ready to go. The process is meant to be an efficient, quick interior cleaning that saves customers time and energy.

The service is $29.99 per visit, but customers can go unlimited for only $34.99 a month. The interior service is open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

“We’ve already hired 40 great team members specifically for this service and look to add more as our guest base continues to grow,” Ebels said.
