Safety
EVeryday Safety – Leading From the heart
We believe that true safety leadership comes from a place of care and responsibility for one another. To us, “Leading from the Heart” means we are our brothers and sisters’ keepers on every project site—not because we have to be, but because we want to be. Safety isn’t about policing or punishment; it’s about creating a culture where everyone looks out for each other, speaks up when they see a hazard, and takes action to prevent accidents before they happen. We focus on fostering an environment where people feel empowered to make the right decisions, hold each other accountable, and go home safe every day. When safety is rooted in care, trust, and teamwork, it becomes second nature, which makes our culture different.
As a nationally recognized leader in construction safety, we have earned numerous awards for our commitment to protecting people. We also know that a strong safety culture does more than prevent injuries—it enhances quality, fosters clear communication, and improves efficiency on every project. A safe project site is a productive project site, and we hold ourselves accountable for maintaining the highest safety standards across all aspects of our work.
