EV Construction Promotes Layna O'Connor to Director of Corporate Trades

EV Construction recently announced the promotion of Layna O’Connor to the role of Director of Corporate Trades on March 4^th.

O’Connor started at EV as an Assistant Project Manager in January of 2019. She went on to become a Division Manager for EV Firestop later that year. In late 2023, O’Connor added Preconstruction Manager to her daily duties.

As Director of Corporate trades, Layna will lead and manage all of EV’s self-performed trades in all phases of construction from conceptual estimates through construction and ending in job closeout.

“Layna is a natural, relational leader who relentlessly pursues excellence in all she does. We are excited for her and what she will be able to do in her new role,” said Joe Novakoski, Vice President of Operations at EV Construction.

EV Construction is headquartered in Holland, Michigan, and provides commercial construction services throughout the state and nationwide. They most recently announced their expansion into Southwest Florida.
