EV Construction is proud to partner with Friendship Village on the construction of two new buildings. This project includes a new 68-unit, 150,000-SF independent living building, a 40-bed, 30,000-SF nursing facility. Also, included in the project will be a renovation of the current Commons Building. Updates will include amenity spaces such as a fast casual bistro, flex bar, expo destination restaurant, private dining, 24/7 market, outdoor dining venue, and outdoor amenities.
