This project included the addition of offices, breakroom and restrooms in an existing storage building along with a new drive and overhead door. Also included is a new 3,500-SF addition which has offices, restrooms and conference areas. A new modular chiller system is being installed to service these two areas and allow for future expansion. There is over 900LF of piping through tunnels and underground for each CWS, CWR, HWS and HWR. Sitework, site utilities, asphalt paving and landscaping are included around the new building.
