Holland Hospital - Ortho/Spine Unit

This one-story addition to Holland Hospital was constructed on top of their existing CCU/Telemetry Unit. The new in-patient unit includes a total of 24 all-private patient rooms, each with a private toilet room and shower area. The addition was constructed of cast-in-place concrete and was built to allow for two additional floors in the future. This project also involved extending three existing elevators, enlarging the existing elevator shafts and completely replacing another elevator.
