Alive365: Safety Week 2025 Recap
Ten years of Safety Week
Since its inception, EV Construction’s Safety Week has provided invaluable education and training to nearly 4,000 industry professionals, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to create safer project sites. With 550 attendees at last year’s events, the program has grown significantly over the years, reinforcing EV Construction’s unwavering dedication to a culture of safety.
Tony Roussey RecEIves Honor
EV Construction marked a historic moment at its 10th annual Safety Symposium with the announcement of the planned retirement of Tony Roussey, a long-time leader and advocate for workplace safety and construction excellence. In honor of his years of dedication to the industry, the remaining owners of EV Construction surprised him with the establishment of the Tony Roussey Building Futures Scholarship at the West Michigan Construction Institute (WMCI). The Tony Roussey Building Futures Scholarship serves as the initial $100,000 contribution to an endowment fund at WMCI.
