At EV Construction, we’re proud to recognize and promote the hardworking individuals who continue to drive our mission forward. This month, we’re excited to celebrate two standout team members who have stepped into new leadership roles: Shaun Prince and Kaileb Long.
Shaun prince promoted to firestop division manager
We’re also thrilled to announce that Shaun Prince has been promoted to Firestop Division Manager. Shaun’s journey at EV began in 2011 as a carpenter. Just two years later, he transitioned to what was then an emerging division focused on firestopping—one that he would help shape into what it is today. Shaun’s leadership, dedication, and deep knowledge of this critical trade have been instrumental in the success and growth of our Firestopping Division. He’s a passionate advocate for the importance of life safety systems in construction, and his influence is felt across every project our firestop team touches.
Kaileb Long Promoted to Assistant Field Manager
Kaileb Long has been promoted to Assistant Field Manager, marking an exciting new chapter in his journey with EV. Since joining the company in 2020, Kaileb has contributed to major projects including the Mercy Hospital Bed Tower and the Clark Retirement Communities. Over the past two years, he has been a key part of our ongoing work at Corewell Blodgett Hospital, collaborating closely with Nate Stuart and Mike Christman. Kaileb has consistently proven himself as a reliable leader and a valuable resource in the field. His growing expertise and steady leadership have earned the trust of his colleagues and made a lasting impact on the projects he’s supported.
To Shaun and Kaileb —thank you for your hard work, leadership, and dedication. Your promotions are a reflection of the value you bring to the EV team every day. We’re excited to see what’s next for you both!
