Internships
Our internship program has been developed so that students can gain practical training and real-world experience that will help them meet their educational goals and prepare them for a professional career. We pride ourselves on the fact that we aim to allow for each internship to be tailored to the individual’s areas of interest.
After your first week, we will meet to discuss what YOU want to learn. We will work together to outline specific objectives, strategies to achieve them, and create check-ins throughout the summer to track progress. If your college or university has requirements that must be met for your internship to count for credit, we can address these during this time.
Blueprint for Success
Our Blueprint For Success (BFS) was designed to provide an efficient onboarding and training process to give you all the tools you need to do your job or know where to go for help. The subject matter experts (SMEs) will not only provide your initial training, but they are also resources for you throughout your time with us. In every competency, the SMEs will show you examples of what it means to be “Unmistakably EV”. It is something we believe must be woven into everything we do.
uMAP™
Backed by brain science, uMap™ is a management platform that allows us to get to know you personally and professionally. It provides our team members the tools, skills, and resources to connect, guide, and develop their people and themselves at the highest level.
Professional Training Opportunities
While with EV, you will have an opportunity to partake in several professional development events outside of those on-site. These will come from our EVYOUniversity training program, Lunch & Learn sessions, ABC Young Professionals events, and attending different EV committees as a guest. There are so many ways to get involved and learn – take advantage of the ones that come your way!
