Our team traveled to Iowa to complete a 4,400-SF addition to an existing 7,600-SF operational donation center. Following completion of the addition, operations were temporarily moved to the new space so that renovations could be completed to the original area. The final phase of the project connected the two areas, in total, the project provided 12,000-SF of new operational space.
