A new 25th Street parking lot was created to extend Holland Hospital’s current 24th Street parking lot, extending utilities and providing new paving, curb and gutter. The project included building a small maintenance building area for building engineering equipment and storage, a new covered architectural canopy for the staff entrance and a shed to house salt and provide additional storage.
