Elzinga & Volkers Completes $1.2 Million Renovation of ITC Inc.

HOLLAND, Mich. — Elzinga & Volkers (E&V), a leading provider of construction management services, announced today the firm has completed a $1.2 million renovation project at ITC Inc.’s new office located at 3030 Corporate Grove Drive in Hudsonville. The project included the renovation of the existing 16,000-square-foot office and new construction of a 12,000-square-foot production space and a 3,500-square-foot lab space.

The recent move and renovation, which began in April 2017, was in response to ITC Inc.’s growth in the product solutions industry and their expansion into retail display and architectural lighting. The expansion has also required ITC to add employees.

“We were thrilled to partner with ITC Inc. on their recent move and renovation,” said Mike Novakoski, president and CEO of Elzinga & Volkers. “While West Michigan businesses continue to flourish, we take pride in helping them create the perfect space to grow and expand while making their mark in West Michigan.”

The project included several custom built features including a reception desk, fish tank cabinet carpentry, and drywall art incorporating LED lights.

“Our newly renovated office allows us to offer a fresh space as we continue to hire new employees to keep up with the growth we are experiencing,” said Mike Camarota, president of ITC. “We are thankful for E&V’s hard work and partnership throughout the renovation process, and we look to expanding our new operations and connecting with our new community in Hudsonville.”

ITC will continue to grow in the new building by adding three new positions, which will be posted immediately, and three more openings are expected to become available before the end of the year. Information on employment opportunities at ITC can be found at www.itc-us.com.
