From the sitework division to our virtual design and construction efforts to our Florida office, these three promotions reflect the talent, dedication and initiative that drive EV forward.
Rob Velderman Promoted to Lead Operator
Rob has been promoted to a lead role within our growing sitework division, and it’s a well-deserved step. Anyone who has worked alongside Rob knows his vast technical skill, his willingness to tackle any challenge, and his talent for teaching others. As our sitework division continues to expand, Rob’s experience and leadership will help set the standard for the crews around him.
Madelyn Gagnon Promoted to VDC Manager
Madelyn joined EV as a summer intern in 2021 and came on full-time in 2022 as an Assistant Preconstruction Manager. Alongside her preconstruction duties, she stepped up to support projects with 3D modeling and AutoCAD, and teams quickly saw the value. She helped with our first robotic floor layout at Resthaven Farmstead, pioneered a complete VDC effort on the Pine Rest PCBH project, and now leads VDC on all of our major projects. Her promotion honors that work and reflects how EV delivers projects today.
Jordan Manager Promoted to Project Manager
Jordan joined our Florida team just over a year ago as the second official in-market employee for the office. He jumped right in and wore many hats for our 81-year-old startup, supporting the Perfectsville Home project, helping with Tommy’s Car Wash, and even becoming a notary to keep administrative tasks running smoothly. Most recently, he’s been a key player in our growing opportunities at Moorings Park and wrapped up the Kimley-Horn renovation, working late nights and weekends to finish on time. Jordan has earned the title of Project Manager, and we’re honored to give it to him.
