We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: EV Construction has been recognized as an Elite Winner at the 2026 West Michigan Best and Brightest Companies to Work ForĀ® awards, and we couldn’t be prouder of what this recognition represents.
On June 4, 2026, the Best and Brightest Programs held their annual awards celebration honoring the region’s most outstanding employers. Among all the winning companies, just 14 were elevated to Elite status ā one for each distinct award category ā recognizing those who ranked in the top 10% of nominees in their category. EV Construction earned Elite honors in the category of “Creative Wellness and Wellbeing Solutions”.
This award reflects the many ways EV Construction invests in the whole health of our team members ā physically, mentally, and financially. Initiatives like our Hall Pass Program, Floating Holidays, Corporate Chaplaincy, and Fitness Reimbursement were noted as reasons why we were selected for this Elite recognition.
The Best and Brightest Companies to Work ForĀ® is a nationally recognized competition that identifies and honors organizations excelling in human resource practices and employee enrichment. The Creative Wellness and Wellbeing Solutions category specifically recognizes a company’s ability to identify and provide creative wellbeing solutions and take proactive measures to support a healthy workforce.
Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of NABR and the Best and Brightest Programs, put it well: “These companies are making a meaningful difference by investing in their workplace cultures. Their people-first approach continues to set them apart as innovators and leaders in today’s workplace.”
At EV Construction, our team is at the heart of everything we build. This recognition belongs to every single person on our team and is a testament to the culture we’ve worked hard to create together. We’re grateful to be part of a West Michigan business community that celebrates companies that put their people first, and we’re more motivated than ever to keep raising the standard.
